The exact services offered will vary depending on the detailing package selected.  We offer 2 full interior and exterior detailing packages, the Classic Package and the Premium Package and 1 Mobile Detailing Package.  For our existing clients we offer maintenance washes as well.

How often should a car be detailed?

The frequency of detailing can vary depending on how often the car is used, the conditions it is exposed to, and personal preference. As a general rule, it's recommended to have your car detailed at least once or twice a year, and more frequently if you drive in harsh conditions, such as salty roads, extreme temperatures, or heavy traffic.  Sometimes this can be reduced, based on the factors mentioned above, when our existing clients use us to upkeep their vehicles with a maintenance wash.

The amount is up to you and should be based on your satisfaction with the service.  Rest assured that 100% of a tip goes straight to the individual(s) who performed the work on your vehicle.

How often should I wash my vehicle?

Short answer - as needed.  There are many factors that determine how often a vehicle should be washed.  How your vehicle is used, how often, the environment, and your own personal habits and preferences will all play a factor.  For the average driver, a weekly wash is a good goal.  We offer express maintenance washes for our existing customers.  As always, when washing your own vehicle, we recommend a hand wash with proper washing methods.

Is interior detailing worth it?

What are the benefits of an exterior detail?

Exterior detailing offers numerous benefits, including improved appearance, protection against damage and deterioration, preservation of the vehicle's value, and prevention of corrosion and rust.  Not to mention getting a high quality protection applied will make the vehicle bead water, stay clean longer, and be easier to clean and dry.  Some protections can even help prevent the accumulation of micro abrasions and damage from the environment and sun that build up over time and make your paint appear dull.

Does detailing remove scratches?

A detailer can improve the appearance of minor scratches and imperfections by using techniques such as paint correction, compounding or cutting, buffing or polishing, and protecting with wax, sealant, or ceramic. However, deeper scratches may require more extensive repairs.  A good test is to run your fingernail over the scratch.  If your fingernail catches on the scratch then it cannot usually be completely removed by paint correction.  Many times though, even deeper scratch can oftentimes still be greatly improved and made to look less obvious.

What is paint correction?

Paint correction is a process that removes imperfections in a car's paintwork. These imperfections can include swirl marks, light scratches, water spots, oxidation, and other forms of damage. The goal of paint correction is to restore the paintwork to a like-new condition, enhancing its gloss and clarity. The process involves using various polishing techniques, compounds, and pads to gently remove a microscopic layer of clear coat from the surface of the paint for a smoother more uniform finish. This process of smoothing out irregularities results in a mirror-like finish.

Is RV detailing worth the money?

Yes, RV detailing is definitely worth the money. Not only does it improve the appearance of your RV, but it also helps to protect it from damage caused by the elements, such as sun damage, water damage, and oxidation. Additionally, a well-maintained RV will likely hold its value better than one that is neglected. While the cost of RV detailing can vary depending on the size of your RV and the level of detailing you choose, the benefits of protecting your investment are well worth the expense.

How often should you have an RV detailed?

How often you should have an RV detailed depends on several factors like what type of finish it has, how it is used, how often it is used, how it is maintained, and what type of environment it is used in.  An RV that is used a few times a year that doesn't go far will not need to be detailed as often as an RV that travels several thousand miles in a season, spends time in the woods accumulating tree sap and droppings, and goes down to the coast and gets exposed to saltwater all fairly regularly.  We like to recommend a detail when you pull your RV out of storage for the year and a good wash before storing it for the year, at a minimum.

How often should you wash an RV?

It is recommended to wash your RV at least once a year, but the frequency may depend on how often the RV is used and the climate it is exposed to. Regular washing can help maintain the appearance and prevent damage to the RV's exterior.

Should you wax your travel trailer?

Yes, it is recommended to protect your travel trailer exterior to maintain its appearance. Waxing can help prevent damage from UV rays, dirt, and debris.  There are many products on the market that offer longer lasting and more durable protection than traditional wax.  We usually use a wax that is blended with something more durable like ceramics or use a synthetic sealant for longer lasting and superior protection from water, dirt, grunge, black streaks, and UV damage.

Should you pressure wash an RV?

While pressure washing can be an effective way to clean an RV's exterior, it should be done with caution. High-pressure water can damage seals, caulking, and other components of the RV's exterior. It is important to use a pressure washer with the correct settings and to avoid spraying directly at the seams and seals. Our experienced and knowledgeable detailers are aware of how to safely use high pressure water to clean an RV and always do so with the upmost caution.

What does a full boat detail include?

A full boat detail typically includes a deep cleaning of the entire boat, both inside and out. This can include washing and waxing or sealing the exterior, cleaning the interior carpets, seats, and other surfaces, and detailing the engine and other mechanical components.

Is boat detailing worth it?

Yes, boat detailing is definitely worth it. Regular detailing can help maintain the appearance and condition of your boat, which can prolong its lifespan and prevent costly repairs. Additionally, a well-maintained boat can enhance your boating experience and increase its resale value.

How long should it take to detail a boat?

The time it takes to detail a boat can vary depending on the size and condition of the boat, as well as the specific services included in the detail. Generally, a full boat detail can take several hours to a full day or more to complete.

How often should boats be detailed?

Boats should be detailed at least once a year, but ideally, they should be thoroughly cleaned every 3-6 months, especially if they are frequently used or exposed to harsh weather conditions. Regular detailing and washing can help prevent dirt and grime buildup, protect against the damaging effects of UV rays and saltwater, and keep your boat looking and performing its best.

What products do boat detailers use?

Professional boat detailers typically use a range of high-quality cleaning and detailing products specifically designed for use on boats. This can include boat wash and wax, marine-grade cleaners and polishes, and protectants for various surfaces such as vinyl, leather, and fiberglass.  You can trust that your detailer is using the best boat detailing products that are formulated to be safe for marine use.

Should I wash my boat after every use?

Did you know it is illegal to have a dirty boat?  Ok, maybe not exactly.  Texas state law requires you to clean and drain your boat after each use to prevent the spread of Zebra Mussels to uninfected waters throughout the state.   The State of Texas Parks and Wildlife outline the following 3 steps below;

It's a good idea to rinse your boat with fresh water after every use to remove salt, dirt, and other debris that can accumulate on the surface. However, a full wash and detailing may not be necessary after every use, especially if the boat is well-maintained and not exposed to harsh conditions.  Best practice to reduce water spots is to dry the boat after rinsing or washing.

Can paint correction remove scratches and chips?

Paint correction can remove light to moderate scratches, swirl marks, marring, water spotting, stains caused by chemicals, bird droppings, tree sap, and oxidation from sun damage.  Paint correction can also improve the appearance of more severe scratches and by leveling out the surrounding paint, but it cannot always completely eliminate them. Most often, rock chips are through the paint and require more advanced repairs.

Is paint correction worth it?

If you want to restore your car's paint to its original shine and protect it from future damage, paint correction is definitely worth considering. It can improve the look of your car and potentially increase its resale value.  Paint correction also should be done before applying a ceramic coating.  This not only ensures the product will adhere to the paint as designed, but it "locks in" a superior finish that the coating is protecting.

Do you need ceramic coating after paint correction?

While ceramic coating is not necessary after paint correction, it can provide additional protection and enhance the shine and durability of your car's paint.  All of our paint corrections will come with some form of protection like a wax or sealant that may last up to a year.  Ceramic coatings offer an extra layer of protection from marring, swirl marks, minor scratches and scuffs and help repel dirt, dust, grime, mud, water.  Ceramic coatings last much longer than a traditional wax or sealant, up to several years depending on the coating.  We offer professional grade coatings for all parts of your vehicles exterior including ceramic coatings for paint, glass, wheels, trim, vinyl, PPF, matte paint, and more.  Our ceramic coatings enhance the depth, clarity, and gloss of your paint to help your vehicle stand out.

Is paint correction bad?

If performed by a skilled professional using the right equipment and techniques, paint correction is not bad for your car.  It is not a process that should be included on every wash or detail.  Paint correction is actually an abrasive process that removes microscopic layers of clearcoat or paint to level it with the surrounding finish.  This results in a mirror-like shine. However, if done improperly, paint correction can potentially damage the paint or clear coat and leave you with a damaged vehicle that can require it to be repainted.  We are professionals that are experienced in paint correction and fully insured for your peace of mind.

How many times can I get my paint corrected?

Think of a paint correction as emergency surgery.  Automotive finishes are very thin.  With every correction, a small amount of the finish is removed.  If too much of the finish is removed, the failing of the finish is accelerated.  Once a paint or clear fails, the only fix is repainting.  This is why we strongly recommend a long term coating after any type of paint correction.  These coatings are designed to bond with and sit on top of your finish to give it a sacrificial layer.  That is just one more piece of armor between your finish and the elements.

Is a ceramic coating good for your car?

Yes, ceramic coating is a great way to protect your car's paint and other surfaces from UV damage, dirt, debris, and other environmental contaminants. Ceramic coating provides a hydrophobic layer that makes it easier to clean your car and prevents water spots.

Is a ceramic coating worth it on a new car?

Yes, ceramic coating can be worth it on a new car as it provides long-lasting protection against environmental damage and keeps the car looking like new for longer. It can also help to maintain the resale value of the car.  Since a large portion of the cost of a coating is in the preparation and paint correction, the sooner you get a vehicle coated the better.  They have already been exposed to things that have likely introduced swirls and micro marring.  When addressed early, these are quickly and easily removed with paint correction.  The less wear there is to remove, the more cost effective the overall process will be.

How do you wash a car with a ceramic coat?

When washing a car with a ceramic coat, a hand wash with proper washing methods is crucial to extending your coatings life.  It is important to use a pH-neutral car wash soap and avoid using abrasive materials like brushes or sponges. A microfiber towel or mitt is recommended for washing. Additionally, avoid washing the car in direct sunlight and rinse thoroughly to prevent water spots.  Your detailer will go over maintenance schedules with you and provide you information on how and when to maintain your specific coating.

How do I care for my coated vehicle?

Your detailer will go over with you your specific product and any instructions specific to that coating.  In general, just washing your vehicle as needed is the best maintenance.  Coatings perform best when they are clean. Different coatings have different periodic maintenance requirements.  Similar to rotating your tires, this maintenance will extend the life and performance from your coating so you continue to enjoy the protection you paid for.

Can ceramic coating be removed?

Yes, ceramic coating can be removed, but the process can be difficult, time-consuming, and expensive. It often requires the use of a specialized polish or compound, pads, machines, and occasionally even sanding to remove the coating, followed by a thorough cleaning and reapplication of a new coating.

Will an automatic carwash ruin ceramic coating?

They can.  Ceramic coatings are very durable but are not bulletproof.  Automatic car washes are notorious for using very strong chemicals and the brushes are known to collect dirt and grime from other vehicles and those will transfer to your paint and can scratch and swirl your paint.  Occasionally, they can cause even more serious damage.  Your ceramic coating warranty may be voided if you take your vehicle through an automatic carwash.  You should always hand wash a coated vehicle with proper washing methods.  We offer maintenance washes that include and interior and exterior cleaning to our existing clients for an affordable alternative to a full detail package.
